I am Daoud, Sales Manager at Sobha Realty in Dubai, with a clear mission: to help brokers close more sales, faster, and under the best conditions.
Trained at ISCOM Paris, a leading school of communication and business strategy, I decided to put my expertise at the service of a demanding and ambitious market: high-end real estate in Dubai.

I work hand-in-hand with brokers and real estate agencies. I help them structure their pitch, prepare for appointments, handle objections, and create a real closing dynamic.
Every sale is a shared mission: I am here to support, motivate, adjust the strategy if needed, and see it through to signing.
